SeenU Child Safety Standards

SeenU Inc. and the SeenU app are committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe community. SeenU has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, solicitation, trafficking, sextortion, or any attempt to exploit, endanger, or harm minors.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
• Any child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), whether real, computer-generated, illustrated, or otherwise depicted.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, coercion, extortion, or predatory behavior involving minors.
• Requests to share, trade, sell, or distribute sexual content involving minors.
• Attempts to contact minors for sexual or exploitative purposes.

Detection, Reporting, and Enforcement

• SeenU reviews reports of suspected child safety violations and takes action when content or behavior violates our standards.
• SeenU removes violating content and may permanently suspend or ban accounts involved in child exploitation or endangerment.
• When appropriate or legally required, SeenU reports suspected CSAE or child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities.
• SeenU may preserve relevant account information and content when necessary for safety, legal, or investigative purposes.

User Safety Tools

• Users can report harmful content, profiles, or behavior through in-app reporting tools.
• Users can block accounts that make them feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
• SeenU encourages anyone who sees suspicious or harmful activity involving minors to report it immediately.
